Sue is a master trainer in the Secretarial Profession and has trained thousands of secretaries & PAs all over the world from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, China and South East Asia. Sue is a Qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development L&D Practitioner. She is the UK Chairman for European Management Assistants (EUMA www.euma.org) a secretarial networking organisation operating in 26 European countries.
Sue has worked in the secretarial field for over 30 years. Sue then became training manager responsible for 600 secretaries in the UK for a global accounting firm and won the prestigious award of The UK Times Crème DHL PA of the year 2006 and also was a finalist in the European Smart PA of the Year 2007. Sue is a finalist in the Forward Ladies Business Woman of the Year 2012 and the winner will be announced on 26 November 2012.
